Doodled while my cousin was playing Halo online last night and I wasn't able to use the internet e_e And thus colored with Prismacolor colored pencils due to a lack of access to Painter 8 while he played. First time ever drawing a ferret o_o; They're really cute though ^^

Been petsitting two ferrets over the past week so I wanted to draw something incorporating the little buggers.

Sketch version is in Scraps.

Edit: hehehe gotten a lot of comments saying this reminded them of Redwall stuff. Hah. You know... I've never read any of those books. Always wanted to, but I'm lazy and typically stick to my James Patterson and Anne Rice ones. Maybe I'll pick up a Redwall book someday now ^^

That's really good. ^_^ I love the development of the armor and fur and it's overall CUTE. One thing about it though, but it's fine since it's your first time, is that Ferrets' bodies are usually longer than that, although they're pretty pudgy sometimes. :P I used to have one, but sadly it died. ;_;

*sobs* I had three ferrets but they died a little while ago...Now im gonna go cry....Very cute and accurate though...
